In Remnants of War, you play as a lone stranger trying to survive in a city overrun by chaos. At the start, choose one of six unique characters, from warriors to mages, each with their own abilities and playstyle. Explore the city and surrounding lands to find powerful items and equipment to upgrade your character. Among these are the legendary Remnants of War, banned artifacts from ancient conflicts, capable of changing the course of battle when used wisely. Discover hidden areas and uncover their secrets as you face a wide variety of enemies, from werewolves to ghosts, each with unique skills. By harnessing the power of Remnants, you can even temporarily take control of defeated foes to turn their abilities against others. Venture into dangerous lands filled with dragons, wizards, and other monstrous threats. Upgrade your skills, craft potions, and master your strategy to survive this land’s ruthless challenges. Every encounter tests your reflexes, wit, and courage.

Remnants of War is a 2D action RPG with souls‑like elements. This is the demo version of my first game project. Choose your character, collect items, brew potions, and personalize your gameplay style as you dive into the adventure. Face challenging enemies and test your skills in a fast‑paced combat experience. The full version will feature more abilities, enemies, and new maps to explore.

In the aftermath of the Crimson Veil War, the land lies shrouded in quiet ruin. You traverse these war-torn lands as a lone wanderer. Upon reaching a village, you step into an old chapel standing precariously among the rebuilt facades. The town appears restored,yet remnants of war linger around you: rusted war machines, hidden traps, and desolate echoes of battlefield memories. The silence breaks with a sudden cry. In that moment, you realize that the city is still under occupation.
