Step into the enchanted world of Tiles of Grimmwoods - A roguelike deckbuilder where you place tiles to enlighten the kids path through a dark and sinister forest. Your choices influence the kids fate as you help them overcome lurking creatures, magical obstacles and ever rising fear. Enlighten the path In Tiles of Grimmwoods you play as the narrator of a fairy tale who enlightens the path of lost kids by strategically placing tiles on a paper scroll, revealing different items, effects, and treasure to aid the kids on their journey. Every time you reveal an item on the grid, it will appear on the path, so consider carefully what you place. There can also be traps, poisonous apples and other dangers that lurk in the shadows. Fight lurking creatures Prepare your kids for the horrors that lurk in the shadows. Lay traps for your enemies or strengthen the kids to make sure they’ll survive any encounter that they have to face on their escape. In this game you will become one of the hardworking, god-fearing town folk that have fled the horrors of a nameless 16th century European war.
