Story Overview
In a not-so-distant future, reality's been exposed as a mere computer simulation. Every aspect of life, from our appearance and possessions, to our thoughts and experiences, is pre-determined by algorithms. When we die, we are deleted; our life data fragmented and discarded into The Lost Sector. There's no heaven or hell, just hard, cold digits.
Yet, amidst the despair of this discovery, you seize the opportunity and turn it into a business - you found Cyber Paradise - a service scavenging the digital remains of the dearly departed in The Lost Sector and reassembling them within a digital sanctuary.
You take on the role of Hayley, a skilled hacker-warrior, and team up with your dog DDmeow on this adventure. Vanquish monsters manifested by the deceased's fear and sorrow; uncover the mystery of your clients' pasts, and bond with the patrons within Mini's cafe that serves as your base. There, amid the hustle and bustle, catch a glimpse of this dystopian world through their shared stories.
In the first episode, witness a heartfelt narrative through Mini-the-dog's memories as you mend the hearts left behind in the wake of her passing.
