Boom Squad is a multiplayer 3rd person shooter defined by realistic military weapons, with a focus on cooperative gameplay, in 5 vs 5 online multiplayer matches.

Choose Your Role In the Squad

Choose between four characters which support the realistic gunplay mechanics. You can pick your role based on your own play style and defeat your opponent with skills, smarts and ultimate reactions.

Sniper
You can defend or help your team mates from a distance with a powerful sniper rifle.

Shotgun Trooper
Be on the first line and scout the enemy base with this powerful close range weapon.

Machine Gun Soldier
Give your team the support they need with a machine gun that compensates its lack of accuracy with the sheer power of fire rate and magazine size.

Assault commando
Use the versatility of the assault rifle to outplay your enemies by taking advantage of its higher fire rate and damage. Watch how you spend your bullets though, as you may find yourself out of ammo.

Matchmaking

With every online multiplayer match, the matchmaking sorts through players and creates teams of 5, with complementary abilities and experience. Every match is ranked and in order to progress you need to take your entire squad to the next level.

Boom Squad is a platform shooter, developed and published by PVP Studio. The game is defined by realistic gunplay, with focus on player vs player and cooperative gameplay, in 5 v 5 online matches. The key to winning is to combine the fast-paced skill with teamwork and real-time tactics, which contributes to a progression that has RPG elements and which is based on an extensive tech tree of firearms. The game will be released, as Free-to-play, for Microsoft Windows on Steam in Early 2018 , and later for PlayStation and Xbox.

Storyline IGDB

War is changing, and peace is hanging on a thread. The powers of the World are developing in secret the perfect weapons in case that thread snaps. The perfect weapon is and will always be the human mind. Finding and training the perfect soldiers is very hard. These men have to be put in the right situations at the right time and the perfect result is nowhere near the horizon. After years of research and development the AMRG (American Military Research Group) created virtual reality simulation chambers where highly trained recruits (mind and body), special forces ex-operatives from different countries, will try to find the perfect recipe for the most powerful soldiers. These simulations are based on war era elites covering different fields of operations. These heroes are based on history facts and war stories of special forces operatives from various countries and their bravery and goodwill is now reborn with current day technology.
