In this Germanic Folklore-inspired HD2D RPG (with rogue-lite & metroidvania elements), your Soulblade abilities will allow you to take control and interact as every character in the game. Features Control different characters and change faction loyalties from within. Rebuild the abandoned Sword Keep and use it as your base of operations. Recruit characters from different factions with different roles to join you at your Keep. Forge yourself using skilled recruits & powerful resources to increase your Soulblade powers. Challenge difficult foes and learn more about the Swordbearers who came before you. As a Soulblade, you're not just juggling your own stats and abilities – you're also pulling the strings on the lives of the bodies you possess. Your choices will shape the world. While all characters are playable, and all characters are recruitable after you begin rebuilding your keep, you will still need to make your choices wisely. Roles like the Blacksmith will have effects on the quality of upgrades you can perform based on the faction the recruited NPC originates from.
