The game utilizes a fusion of Visual Novel, RPG, and Point-&-Click mechanics to paint a story about how people choose to cope with trauma, and the way it shapes one's identity. While the main story of Ad Nauseam is firm, it features hundreds of branching paths, choices, and open exploration areas to engage in along the way.
