Mask of Dead 2: Shadow of Pelagius is a JRPG with an active combat system. A lot of time has passed since the first Adamant War the reapers were able to recover from the damage they received and restore Purgatory, but not for long... Riom Ruri, the son of the High Reaper, has just finished training and has already received his first task - to scout the surrounding area with a small squad of other reapers. But everything does not go according to plan and Riom is forced to face the mistakes of his brothers in the past and save Purgatory from complete destruction. Tactical component of battles: - The frequency of the turn depends on the speed parameter, both for the player and for the enemies. During battles, the speed can be controlled by buffs/debuffs. - The combat system involves cooldowns, delays in enemy attacks, dodging, counterattacking and the ability to stun, completely canceling an attack of any kind. Competently combined skills allow you to control the battle, but be careful - opponents can use the same techniques as you. - EX-scale. A saving straw. For each blow dealt to the enemy, you get a small increase in all parameters up to +20%. But keep in mind that for each missed blow the scale will fall, down to 0%. Plot features: - The game has 7 endings. - Movement around the world is conditionally open. In most chapters, it is possible to go back and finish everything you consider necessary, or to be distracted from the main plot by side activities. Game features: - Non-linear pumping. When the time comes to strengthen Riom`s, a window for selecting skills and parameters will open for you. For each victory you receive Essence, for which you can strengthen any parameter you want.
